Excel Shine Pvt. Ltd., established in 1974, has been manufacturing and supplying Chrome Plated Components, Automotive Molded Parts, Agricultural Components, Appliances Knobs, Refrigerator Handles, Textile Components, Electrical Components and Engineering Components that are used in various industries such as consumer durables, electronics, automobiles, fan industries to name a few. Under the ownership and guidance of Mr. S. J. Desai, we have witnessed new heights of accomplishments. Our unit is based at Gujarat with complete infrastructure. We also have arrangement for the production to comply the requirement of our customers and all the products undergo stringent quality check to ensure customers satisfaction.

Our entire separation mould designing crew consists of highly trained technicians and qualified engineers. Our injection moulding machines of various capacities can undertake precision moulding jobs of various capacities and are equipped to handle plastics moulding from any type of raw materials such as ABS, SAN, PP, PS, PMMA, PC, PA, PC/ABS ALLOY etc. It is our practice to use only specified Grade of raw material to ensure a superior product.

Production

To enhance our productivity, we have a team of excellent mould designer and fully equipped mould designing facility at our premises. This enables us to create moulds, test and utilize them in the production of plastics with an extremely quick turn-around time, this further increasing customer satisfaction.
